Managing the operations of New Zealand’s largest airport is no mean feat. With a huge number of staff situated across various stations and regularly on the move, communication is key. It was also important that site visitors could navigate their way through key information and find exactly what they needed.

The Beauty Store is an online retailer specialising in beauty products including haircare, fragrances, nail products, and more. The Beauty Store came to Philo as they knew that in order to be competitive in the international market they would need to improve their website style and functionality. Philo brought them into the digital world by building upon and linking with existing core applications.
Thinking out loud
In today's fast-paced world, efficiency is key. For Job Efficiency, we recognized the need to empower our users—many of whom are non-technical—to create automations quickly and effectively. While our software is designed to be user-friendly, we observed a significant drop-off among users who found the process confusing or lacked the time to learn how to create automations. This challenge led us to implement AI in our app, and the journey has been transformative.
