Morgan Philo
Director
Software Engineer and keen Outdoorsman. After working in London for a number of years, returned to NZ with experience and a longing for the NZ lifestyle. Having built enterprise scale software he brings the knowledge of building scalable software mixed with practacality and pragmatism required to understand and adapt with your business.
Kane Scott
Full Stack Developer
Graduating from Waikato University with a BSc majoring in Computer Science, Kane has always had a passion for programming from a young age. Starting with developing video game maps in Warcraft 3, he has since moved onto full stack development with Philo Software. He considers himself lucky to have translated his childhood passion into a career. Outside of work he can be found in online video games with friends and family, and is yet to have found a home without any pet animals (and plans to keep it that way).

Inception
Founder Morgan cut his teeth in London as Product Manger of global survey software system Remando. Whilst in this role he serviced over half of the FTSE 100 - including HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank - as well as AXA Insurance, Tesla and Wespac New Zealand outside of that. Upon his return to New Zealand in 2018 Morgan created Philo - providing a cost effective and experienced way for businesses to develop and grow through software.
